OUR MISSION

Our mission is to unite an incredible crew of like-minded legends in their 20's-40's - supporting each other and challenging ourselves in the outdoors, together. We’re here for real friendships, unforgettable adventures, plenty of laughs, and saying yes to more life.

WHERE IT STARTED.

BETH

FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

QUALIFIED HIKING GUIDE

SALOMON BRAND AMBASSADOR

Beth has always loved the outdoors, whether hiking, climbing, or trying anything daring and adventurous. She’s been lucky enough to trek to Everest Base Camp in Nepal, summit Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, climb Gran Paradiso in Italy, explore Patagonia, hike to Machu Picchu in Peru, and kayak around Vancouver, as well as journey through Sumatra, Europe, and North America.

Living in London, Beth was looking for an adventure community - but most groups felt too serious or impersonal, lacking the fun, friendly, pub-vibe she wanted. After a knee injury in 2023 paused her team sports, she decided to create what she couldn’t find: Waypoint Crew, a welcoming community built on laughter, connection, and shared outdoor adventures.

Waypoint launched in April 2024. Now a qualified Lowland Leader with first-aid training, Beth leads hikes and socials through Waypoint Crew. In 2025, she became an official Salomon Ambassador, teaming up with one of the world’s leading outdoor brands to inspire more people to get outside, push their limits, and share the adventure.
